This year our Valentine’s Day specials will be:
Charred Octopus & Prosciutto Lardon topped with Pickled Fresno, Toasted Cracked Corriander, Micro Cilantro & Sea Salt. Served on a bed of Smoked Mango & Tangerine Coulis and Circus Frisee.
Baby Arugula and Watercress topped with Local Strawberries, Champagne Poached Pear, Creamy Goat Cheese, & Roasted Walnut. Served with a Strawberry-Mint Vinaigrette.
6 oz. Black Angus Filet Mignon & 5 oz. Maine Lobster Tail, served with Beet-Potato Mash & Grilled White Asparagus. Served with a Red Wine – Shallot Demi & Limoncello Beurre Blanc.
All of our normal menus will be served in addition to these incredible specials Thursday – Saturday. We hope to see you there!
